How do I set Alarms?

Administration > Queue Properties > Alarms Tab

 

  1. For Warning Alarm threshold, enter number of seconds call has been in the queue
  2. Enter number of calls queuing has exceeded threshold
  3. Tick All agents will receive warning popups checkbox
  4.  

     

  5. Repeat Steps 1-3 for Alert Alarm, ensuring values are higher than Warning

  6. Press to save
